Welcome to Omani Event Center We are excited to host your event and ensure it is a success. Please take a moment to review our Terms and Conditions, which govern the use of our event space. By booking or using our facilities, you agree to comply with these terms.
### 1. *General Terms*
1.1 *Reservation and Booking*
To secure a booking, a signed contract and a deposit may be required. Full payment is due [number of days] before the event date unless otherwise stated. Bookings are subject to availability.
1.2 *Event Space Use*
The event space may only be used for the specific event detailed in the booking agreement. Any changes to the event type, number of guests, or event timing must be approved by management in advance.
### 2. *Payment and Fees*
2.1 *Deposit*
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The deposit amount will be deducted from the total event fee.
2.2 *Final Payment*
The remaining balance is due no later than day of event date. Failure to make full payment by this date may result in cancellation of your reservation.
2.3 *Additional Charges*
Additional charges may apply for overtime, extra services, special requests, or damages to the property,
## 3. *Cancellation and Refunds*
3.1 *Cancellation by Client*
If the event is cancelled by the client before the event date, the deposit is non-refundable. If cancelled within 30 of the event, 10% of the total event fee will be forfeited.
3.2 *Cancellation by Venue*
In the unlikely event the venue must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of payments made will be issued, and the venue will not be held liable for any additional costs incurred by the client.
### 4. *Event Hours and Overtime*
4.1 *Event Duration*
The booking includes access to the event space for including setup and teardown.
4.2 *Overtime*
Any time beyond the agreed event hours will incur an overtime charge, which will be billed at the rate of $250 per hour.
4.3 *Setup and Teardown*
The client is responsible for setting up and breaking down the event within the allotted time. Additional time for setup or teardown may incur extra charges.
### 5. *Guest Behavior and Conduct*
5.1 *Conduct During Event*
The client is responsible for the behavior of all guests and attendees. The event space must be maintained in an orderly manner, and all guests must follow the venue's rules and regulations.
5.2 *Noise Levels*
Noise must be kept at a level that does not disturb other tenants or events. In particular, music volume must be reduced to acceptable levels.
5.3 *Alcohol and Smoking*
If you plan to serve alcohol, the client must obtain any necessary licenses or permits. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue, except in designated outdoor areas.
5.4 *Illegal Activities*
Illegal activities or substances are strictly prohibited on the premises. Any illegal actions will result in immediate termination of the event, and the client will be liable for any associated costs or damages.
### 6. *Safety and Security*
6.1 *Health and Safety Regulations*
The client agrees to adhere to all applicable health, safety, and fire regulations. The venue will provide an emergency evacuation plan if necessary.
6.2 *Security*
Security services may be required for certain events, at the sole discretion of the venue. The cost of security will be charged to the client.
6.3 *Damages*
The client is responsible for any damage caused to the property, equipment, or furnishings during the event. Any costs for repairs or replacements will be billed to the client.
### 7. *Catering and Vendors*
7.1 *Approved Vendors*
The venue may have a list of preferred or approved vendors for catering, decor, audio/visual services, etc. Use of outside vendors must be approved by the venue.
7.2 *Food and Beverage*
Food and beverage may only be provided by the venue's catering partners unless otherwise agreed upon. In some cases, external catering may be allowed for an additional fee.
### 8. *Liability*
8.1 *Venue Liability*
The venue will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs during the event, except as a result of negligence or willful misconduct by the venue.
8.2 *Client Liability*
The client is responsible for the safety and security of all guests and any personal property. The venue is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought onto the premises.
### 9. *Force Majeure*
Neither party will be held liable for failure to perform their obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure is caused by events beyond their control, such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government regulations.
### 10. *Amendments to Terms*
These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time, and any changes will be communicated to the client. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they are aware of the most current version of these Terms and Conditions.
### 11. *Governing Law and Dispute Resolution*
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario. Any disputes arising from the use of the event space will be resolved through [arbitration/mediation] in [location].
